I’ve been trying to figure out why some days I get a ton done while other days feel like a total waste. It’s not always about how much sleep I got or how busy I was. Sometimes my energy just feels off, and I don’t realize it until the whole day slips by. I’ve thought about tracking my mood to see if there are patterns, but I’m not sure if that actually helps with staying consistent. Has anyone tried it and noticed results?
